Always fresh and good.... Open every day. This is a wonderful neighborhood bakery. There's not many things that they don't have. They also have freshly made sandwiches that are delicious. Great place for holiday specialty items like dinner rolls. They do take orders in advance as they'll open only for a limited time on the actual holiday. This spot located in the popular Hell's Kitchen area is worth a visit.

I wanted an alternative to buying crusty bread at Whole Foods but didn't want to go to Orwasher's or a couple of other places that are great but inconvenient. Amy's is close to where I work, so I went in and got a loaf of Tangy Sourdough. It made the besssst ham & swiss sandwich this afternoon. Of course, that was after I toasted it this morning & spread Kerrygold butter on it and almost couldn't stop eating it. I love a dark, chewy crust and this hits the mark dead-on. Great...now I want MORE. 😂😂😂

Tried the pistachio croissant twist at Amy’s Bread—flaky, buttery, and perfectly layered with a rich pistachio flavor. Sweet but balanced, with a delightful crunch and soft center. Pairs perfectly with coffee and captures that classic artisanal bakery charm.

We love coming to Amy’s Bread! We come here for their wonderful breads and desserts as well as their excellent coffees. They happen to make outstanding chocolate sourdough and challah sticks! They also have wonderful sandwiches and salads. However, it’s their staff that I really appreciate. Chris and Mohammed were working when I came in on a very hot summer afternoon. Chris recommended that I get a homemade iced decaf coffee and Mohammed suggested trying their homemade lemonade. I decided to buy both along with Amy’s Semolina Raisin & Fennel bread and a couple of Amy’s chocolate challah twists! Amy’s Bread has become a New York treasure and has consistently provided great breads and phenomenal desserts.

It was a dream come true to finally eat at Amy’s Bread. I didn’t care if it was 7:30 AM, I wasn’t going to leave the shop without of a piece of their Pink Frosted Yellow Cake. It’s something straight out of a dream. Thick, rich, buttery cake generously coated with a delectable vanilla icing that sent my taste buds straight to heaven. So good, I couldn’t keep myself from eating the entire slice. Plus, it’s just adorable. Taste and presentation truly outshines all the cake slices I’v ever eaten in New York (which is so many only God knows). I also picked up a Bacon & Cheese Croissant which was an excellent contrast to the super sweet cake. It was everything I’d ever imagined.

Such a lovely place to eat. I visited for the first time and forgot my credit card at hotel. Staff was very kind to let me eat and go back to hotel and pay afterwards. Highly recommend their carrot cake. Sooo goood. I even visited them the next day.

I visited Amy’s Bread around 9:00 am and loved how peaceful it was with no crowd at that time. I ordered a coffee and their pistachio croissant braid, and both were absolutely delicious! The bakery had a cozy and quiet atmosphere, making it a perfect spot to start the day.

This place had the friendliest service. The older gentleman behind the counter was so nice, answered all my questions, and even let us wash our hands behind the bar. The pistachio croissant was amazing, the bagel was great, and the cinnamon challah bread was delicious. The muffin was solid, and the banana cake was like a super moist banana bread. We bought some sourdough to go, and he even threw in a couple of baguettes for us! It's a really cute little bakery with plenty of seating in the back. Oh, and the sticky bun was heavenly.

Absolutely delicious 😋 Amazing baked breads, muffins, cakes, pies, you name it. Just happened to find this gem as I was walking to my destination and am so glad I popped in! Their Olive Cake is to die for, so light and fluffy...heaven.

Ha ! I am going to see a show in times sq and the box office did NOT gate keep this place to go before the show. It's as real as it gets. I ordered the back and white cake becuz I love both. I love how original everything is still in the bakery. Next door is the kitchen and the magic is right there. O love bread home made and they have that place a great selection of breads. The coffee was great and I say in a cafe chair with a marble top table. The cake was moist and tasty and sour cream frosting .... it took hours to finish it.
